Google issue - looking for idea on how to fix -

Can't edit or even see user list. I've seen that others have had or are having this issue. How do I fix. Have posted similiar message on Google forum, but no replies. Any ideas would be of value.

Have logged in using Fire Fox and the same message popped up, but then some sort of verification popped up which needed information - this wasn't happening in explorer. Verfied and all seems to be normal now. Appreciate all the help. Got to love MS - not.

Is this on google.com, or on a google app?
google app - we use this for certain spread sheets to share between plants.
Log out, clear cookies, restart browser.

I assume your Internet connection is fine.
Follow Allen's instructions ("Log out, clear cookies, restart browser.") and also reset your browser security level to default.

I know it's an old thread but it may be to your benefit to save the following URL. When certain features get stuck, it's often due to too many attempts. What I believe you ran into for verfication is the following url with your domain. Bookmark it, it'll come in handy in the future I'm sure!
